An 800g sourdough loaf made with organic Maltstar flour (a granary style blend of wheat flour, malted wheat flakes, rye and malt flours) from Cann Mills in Dorset. Sourdough loaves are made with naturally occuring yeast and have an open crumb with a firm crust.
