Ingredients
2 T olive oil
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 garlic clove, sliced
½ c chopped walnuts
1 T lemon juice
¼ c parmesan, grated
chilli flakes, salt, pepper to taste

In a fry pan over medium heat, toss broccoli in oil and cook until just beginning to soften. Add the garlic and walnuts and continue to cook until walnuts are toasted. Stir frequently so the garlic doesn’t burn. Toss with lemon juice, seasonings and parmesan to serve.
